The Equitable Bank offers competitive lending terms within all areas of real estate lending, with a strong concentration in the multi-family and self-storage sector. As a highly regarded expert in real estate and business lending, I am able to provide my clients a comprehensive suite of business lending products including term loan, lines of credit, equipment loans, and owner-occupied real estate lending. As a prior SBA BDO, I am also able to assist businesses with SBA Lending in the 7a and 504 programs.
